Troy F. Vollhoffer - President

Troy Vollhoffer was born to own and run an international show business - quite literally.

Troy’s grandfather stage-managed a vaudeville soft seat theatre in his hometown of Regina, Saskatchewan, and by the time Troy came around, his father, Harold, was managing a brand-new soft-seat theatre in the same city. Troy’s mother, Dorienne, took care of wardrobe and costume tasks at the same theatre, in addition to her day job. The entertainment business was their life and Troy, the Vollhoffer’s only child, was in the middle of it. By the time he turned 14, Troy was working the load-ins and load-outs, alongside his father and two uncles. It was obvious to everyone at the theatre that one day Troy would be working in some facet of the business and just as it was with his father, it would be his life.

Angela Feher - Accountant

Angela Feher has always had a thing for people and for numbers. This led her to study business administration and human relations, graduating from Trevecca Nazarene University with her B.A. in 2001. She worked as a billing and accounts receivable specialist for Horne CPA Group, and as a marketing support specialist for AIG. As much as she enjoyed these roles, she remained restless, looking for something new and exciting. The entertainment industry, through Premier Global Production, provided that rush whcn she became the head of accounting in November 2006. Though the sheer scale of the company makes accounting a challenge, Angela is ready to meet everything head on.

James Vollhoffer - Lighting

During a 16-year road career, James Vollhoffer — our company’s vice president of lighting sales and accounts — travelled the world many times over and became the consummate “road dog”, working professionally and selflessly with dozens of big-name acts, some of whom include Metallica, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ozzy Osbourne, Tim McGraw and the Backstreet Boys. The fact that James has worked with many of these acts, many times, illustrates just how valued he has been in arenas and theatres around the world. James has also worked on many high-profile PGP projects, events that included work for the President of the United States and the Roman Catholic Pope.

Though James still loves the road and intends to visit PGP’s touring clients often, he is throwing himself into his new office job in Nashville, where he will quarterback PGP’s growing and expanding lighting division. James is hoping to retain PGP’s many current clients while bringing new tours to our Nashville-based company.

Steven’s production lighting career has spanned more than thirty years. Born in Fort Worth Texas and raised in Florida, Steven moved back to Texas and found himself working as a stagehand in the Dallas Fort Worth area, eventually landing his first gig with Showlites in 1984. Steven eventually worked with many of the lighting companies in the industry such as Light and Sound Design, Bandit Lites, See Factor, and Varilite. It wasn’t long before he realized the important aspects of our industry. Gear was gear and customer service was paramount. Steven had the privilege to work on some of the largest tours in the industry and with some of the biggest artists such as Metallica, Rush, Elton John, Bob Seger and Aerosmith. Steven has been involved with some of the greatest events produced such as The Commander and Chief Ball, Voodoo Festival, Lollapalooza, as well as television productions such as CMT Crossroads, Disney, and numerous car shows.

In 2001, Steven toured with the Backstreet Boys as the lighting crew chief for Premier Global Production Company. After the completion of that tour, Steven began a new career in sales and servicing the entertainment lighting industry as Vice President of Sales for Premier Global Production Company. During his 10 years at Premier Global Production Company, Steven has been fortunate to work with artists such as Bette Midler, Tim McGraw, Reba, Rush, Def Leppard and Taylor Swift to name just a few.

Over the years, Steven has applied a hands on approach to each lighting project he has been involved with. Customer service is the most important aspect of the industry and with his passion he has been able to succeed. Work ethic and the personnel that are out in the field help him shine, and those are the tools in his workbox.

Steven, his wife and 2 great kids live in Brentwood Tennessee. When he is not under the lights and visiting clients, he can be found in the ocean, following his other passions, scuba diving, and photographing sharks and other marine life.
